Salisbury Art Trail May 25th – June 9th 2024

My studio will be open as part of this year’s Salisbury Art Trail. Do come along if you can!

Where?

Postcode: SP5 4BZ what3words: typical.reap.downcast.

Look for the yellow signs from the Bishopstone to Broadchalke road. If you have been to the Chalke Valley History festival, you will have been to Broadchalke, which is the next village.

The turning to our street is quite hidden, so look out for the signs, and also for a road turning sign. The turning is opposite a farm gate signed ‘Flamstone Farm’.

What can I expect?

A visit to a pretty street with thatched cottages; a warm welcome; a look round my new studio and a chance to browse paintings, drawings and greetings cards.

What else is there to do in the area?

We are a few minutes away from the wonderful florist, gift shop and cafe ‘Pod and Pip’ at Stratford Tony, just around the corner from the White Hart pub, and 5 minutes from the community shop and cafe and the Queen’s Head pub at Broadchalke.

Bishopstone is also a pleasant village for a wander. The river Ebble flows through the village. We are also in beautiful walking country and there are a number of longer walks from the village.

Where do I find a catalogue?

Pick up one of the 10,000 catalogues with map of locations from Wiltshire libraries, Salisbury Tourist Information Centre, Sarum College in the Cathedral Close, from any of the participating artists and from many other venues. Or view online I am venue no 40.

Hope to see you soon!
